Patrick de Kathen has a commercial background and a strong understanding of structured processes, clear responsibilities, and reliable implementation. His professional career combines operational, commercial, and international experience in complex working environments.
His working style was shaped by 14 years of service in the German Armed Forces, with assignments in various branches, a six-month foreign deployment in Kosovo, and a 2.5-year assignment at NATO headquarters in Northwood near London. In this environment, he developed a calm, analytical approach and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex structures.
In addition, Patrick de Kathen gained entrepreneurial experience in e-commerce and in the distribution of professional cosmetic products. In these roles, he was responsible for operational processes, coordination of goods flows, and coordination between customers, logistics, and internal processes.
At Landsberg First Class Aesthetic, he now assumes a central coordinating role within operational order processing. He manages order processes, coordinates interfaces between sales, logistics, technology, and customer communication, and ensures that processes are clearly prepared, comprehensibly implemented, and continuously developed.
Through regular training courses, he continuously develops his technical and commercial skills and adapts existing structures to growing and international requirements.
