JetPeel™ Manufacturer TechService

In order to avoid device failure – especially with a full treatment calendar – the inspection and full maintenance of your JetPeel™ is necessary at least once a year. This is carried out exclusively by Landsberg First Class Aesthetic as a TavTech-certified specialist company.

JetPeel™ technology operates with 6.5 bar of air pressure, accelerating liquids up to 200 m/s (~720 km/h). Using its high-precision handpieces, the jet is applied to the skin in a controlled, even manner, without pressure fluctuations. This makes JetPeel™ the only system on the market that guarantees genuine hydroporation – the deep infusion of highly developed active serums without needles, pain, or downtime.

For a high-performance system, regular service and the use of original spare parts are crucial to ensure that you and your customers can consistently benefit from the technology’s full performance and safety.

Full maintenance includes, among other things:

Canfield® Tech Service

The Canfield Visia® is basically maintenance-free!
If it is treated in accordance with the operating and care instructions, you will enjoy the device for many years.
We give a 2-year warranty and a 2-year manufacturer’s guarantee on every Canfield Visia Deluxe®.
The vast majority of Visias® have been running flawlessly for many years and in various generations.

In fact, research and development is constantly being carried out on the software and technology of the Visia® and software upgrades are carried out regularly approx. 1 to 2 times a year.
Bug fixes or software improvements to your Visia® are generally free of charge within the 2-year guarantee.

Should there be a technical defect within the device warranty that has nothing to do with the software (system material defect), the 2-year device warranty also applies here, of course.
During this time, any service or repairs should something break down is free of charge for you.

Canfield warranty expired?

What happens if the warranty on your Canfield Visia® has expired?
Defective Canfield Visia’s® outside the warranty are first inspected and
a fault log and repair cost plan is drawn up.
Software upgrades, new functions etc. can also be applied to your Visia
for a fee in individual procedures.

Service and Upgrade Contract (S&U Contract)

If you would like to have an all-round carefree package similar to JetPeel™
then the so-called service and upgrade contract is the right thing for you.
After the guarantee has expired, it includes a) the guarantee extension that protects you from any
chargeable defects and b) all upgrades are free of charge for you.
