The fact that there are only 341 Michelin-starred restaurants in Germany in total, and only 157 restaurants worldwide and 12 in Germany that hold the highest 3-star rating, once again demonstrates the exclusivity of this award. The International Director of the Guide Michelin, Gwendal Poullennec, also provided exciting surprises this year, and the rivals’ blades are sharpened.
