On July 1, we reported on the judgment of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, which prohibited the distribution, sale, and advertising of replicas of the JetPeel™ “TripleJet” handpiece by TavTech. Now the legal dispute is officially over. The German distributor has issued a final declaration to TavTech. In doing so, they commit to completely ceasing the previous anti-competitive behavior – the distribution of the fake handpieces is thus permanently prohibited.
For providers and customers, this means that treatments with JetPeel™ are once again carried out exclusively with the original – certified, tested, and legally protected.
JetPeel™ – The original for almost 30 years
