Legal Dispute Settled – Cease-And-Desist Declaration Protects JetPeel™

News

On July 1st, we reported on the ruling by the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, which prohibited the distribution, sale, and promotion of a replica of the JetPeel™ “TripleJet” handpiece by TavTech. The legal dispute has now officially concluded, and a final declaration has been issued. This obliges the distributor to completely cease the previous anti-competitive behavior – thus, the distribution of the visually similar handpieces is permanently prohibited.

JetPeel™ – The original for almost 30 years

JetPeel™ was developed by TavTech in 1996 and has been distributed for over 15 years by Landsberg First Class Aesthetic as exclusive partners of JetPeel™ in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and now also in the Netherlands, Italy, and Malta. During this period, more than 2 million original JetPeel™ treatments have been performed – without any side effects.

JetPeel™ is:

  • the hydroporation technology, whose efficacy and safety have been proven by numerous studies from leading university hospitals and laboratories,
  • a completely non-invasive method with no downtime, pain, or side effects,
  • a proven solution for visible and lasting skin improvement for decades.
  • constant research and further development of the JetPeel™ system, the original JetPeel™ handpieces, and the JetCare™ active ingredient serums.

Conclusion:
With the signing of the final declaration by the German distributor, the legal dispute is concluded. JetPeel™ remains JetPeel™ – protected, proven, and scientifically confirmed. You can find certified JetPeel™ partners in the Landsberg Institute Finder at landsberg.eu or JetPeel.de
